Who we are:
Steely Eyed Missile Men (and Women!) is a group for new trades graduates entering manufacturing and industrial maintenance. If you just got your cert and you're figuring out what the floor actually looks like — this is your tribe.
Who you'll meet:
Other new techs, controls engineers, and maintenance professionals who are early in their careers and serious about getting good at this.
What we do:
We get together, drink beer, and talk about the job. War stories, tough scenarios, things they didn't teach you in school. No PowerPoints, no networking small talk. Just people who work with their hands and their heads and want to get better at it.
Show up once and you're a Missile Man with a patch to prove it.
