Sonic Resonance Spiritual Context Reset

Recently I got curious about acoustic resonance in traditional buildings. Grace Cathedral supposedly has 7+ seconds of sonic resonance, and there are numerous similar buildings throughout the city. Acoustic Resonance is a lesser-studied field, but allegedly traditional cathedral or dome-style buildings facilitate it. You can think of it as being inside a guitar and the organ is the resonator and that that experience is therapeutic to you.

Here's one related study from the National Institute of Health: Sonic vibration ameliorates inflammatory diseases via the up-regulation of IL-10

"Sonic vibration (SV), or vibroacoustic therapy, is applied to enhance local and systemic blood circulation and alleviate pain using low-frequency sine wave vibrations. However, there is limited scientific data on the mechanisms through which the benefits are achieved."

In general, my values align with the church and to me attending evokes a fond nostalgia. Faith-based frameworks can be triggering for some, so this invitation is for those who would appreciate and respect the beliefs and practices of the parishioners, regardless of their own.
