I am looking to start this group, women only, to provide a community resource where, on a weekly or semi-monthly basis, women can gather together to help each other alleviate stress through providing an empathizing and supportive environment that can help motivate and empower people. In addition to the circle discussions, I would like to do the following: -Asana/ flow yoga -Tai chi -Mindfulness meditation -Journaling -Gratitude discussions -Positive affirmations -Education sessions: books (on the power of the mind and the law of attraction), videos/movies, topics i.e. sound healing, crystal therapy, smell therapy, etc. -Fun activities: paint nights, wine nights, hiking/biking, If this sound like a group you would be interested in joining, please reach out and feel free to suggest additional topics you would like to see or events you would like to attend.
