For over two thousand years, the ancient art of Qigong has included mindfulness into its practices, training practitioners to channel Qi energy into a harmony of mind, body, and breath. Many people in the Western world are interested in mindfulness practices such as breathing and meditation. Qi gong is a form of mindfulness practices assisting you to deal with the stresses of everyday life. Our practices teach you how to de-stress, retain focus, and unlock your life's potential via mindful breathing and Qigong.

Lar was trained for over 10 years at the Omega Institute in New York, with Qigong & Tai Chi world masters like Master Dr. Roger Jahnke (Easy Tai Chi), Master Mingtong Gu (Wisdom Qigong), Grandmaster David Saltman (Tai Chi Chuan) and Steven Michael Pague (Water Fall Qigong).
Lar was also an energy healer with background in Pranic and Universe Healing.
