Welcome to the MoCo Millennials Meetup!
Making friends as an adult shouldn’t feel like a part-time job.
Social lives change. Friends move away, get married, have kids, get busier, or simply become harder to see. Some of us work from home. Some are new to the area. Some are single, partnered, divorced, parents, or childfree. You might already have good people in your life and still want a few more local connections.
And yet there have to be plenty of us here in Montgomery County looking for the same thing.
MoCo Millennials is a community for millennials in their late 20s to early 40s who want to make that connection easier.
We’ll do brunches, happy hours, dinners, trivia, karaoke, local nightlife, food outings, family-friendly events, and whatever else sounds fun. But the activity isn’t really the point.
The point is the people.
The goal is to create a place where you can meet people nearby, see some of the same faces again, make actual friends, and eventually have a local social life that doesn’t require constantly searching for the next event or driving across the DMV just to find your crowd.
Come meet some people. Build your local circle. Make the most of what Montgomery County has to offer!
