The Gourasana Meditation Practice (Weekly Meditation)
Come experience the Gourasana Meditation Practice (GMP) – a guided, active meditation that engages the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

No prior meditation experience is needed. You will be gently guided through the entire process.

This practice incorporates a variety of music and encourages natural movement, emotional release, and inner exploration in a supportive environment.

The evening begins with a brief introduction and overview of the meditation. We then move into the meditation experience together. Afterward, there is time for questions and sharing.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome here regardless of your faith, religion, or spiritual background.

Event Format

  • Weekly on Zoom
  • In-person at the Denver Center on the first Wednesday of each month

If joining via Zoom, we recommend setting yourself up in a private, comfortable space where you can fully engage in the meditation.
