The Journey:
We will move through two embodied and powerful practices:
* Breathwork for Rebirth: A guided somatic breathwork journey to rebirth yourself.
* Dance Alchemy: A movement practice working with both masculine and feminine energies, honouring the womb, cervix, and vulva as the sacred portals of life.
