I’m Coach Cass, a certified nutrition and fitness coach who’s helped women fuel better, train smarter, and get lasting results without cutting carbs or hating their workouts.
Each meetup is about more than just fitness, we talk real life. From food, hormones, and mindset to managing stress, staying motivated, and finding your groove again.
Whether you’re just getting started or getting back on track, this space is for women who want progress, not perfection and a community that gets it.
