Monkeyfish: Stories That Heal — Zürich
Therapeutic fairytales for grown-ups. Read aloud. Talked through. Felt deeply.
We all grew up on fairytales. But the ones we needed most — about trauma, self-worth, ADHD, love, and finding ourselves — were never written. Until now.
This is a meetup for adults who love stories that do something. Each evening, we read a tale from the book Monkeyfish — featuring a prince, a boy, a girl, a bee, a tree, a rose, and of course, the Monkeyfish himself — and use it as a mirror to explore one theme: self-worth, attachment, the inner child, ADHD, relationships, identity.
What to expect:
🕯️ A short reading (15–20 min) in an intimate setting
💬 Guided reflection and conversation
🌿 One simple exercise to take the story into your body and life
🍷 Wine, tea, and good company
No therapy background needed. Just curiosity and an open heart.
Hosted by Rozalina Angelova, psychotherapist (ADHD, trauma, attachment) and author of “Monkeyfish and other truths”
Small groups. Big conversations. Stories that stay with you.
