We will ride some excellent PA & NJ roads to the picturesque town of Frenchtown, NJ along the banks of the Delaware River where we will stop for lunch. Our lunch spot will be Bamboo House, a Japanese and Thai restaurant with Manhattan trained chefs, Bamboo House brings delicious big city cuisine to rural Hunterdon.

After lunch we’ll make a stop at Van Sant airfield to watch the biplanes take off and land.

The Rules of the Road (and the Group):
Formation: Staggered, using the 2 second rule. We stick together.
Communication: Hand signals are how we stay connected. We’ll point out turns, potholes, and hazards. If you’re new to group riding, don’t sweat it—we’ll help you out, but try to keep up with the basics so we all stay safe.
Traffic Laws: We follow them. Mostly. We stop at red lights. We roll through all-way stops as a group to avoid getting split up, but we yield right of way and stay legal enough to keep the peace.
Pace: Ride your own ride. If you fall back, we pull over and wait. We don’t leave people behind.
Comms: Organizers run Sena headsets. If you’ve got one, jump on the channel. If you don’t, you’re still welcome; just keep your eyes up and your signals sharp.
