This group is for anyone interested in practicing Tai Chi in a relaxed, supportive environment. All experience levels are welcome — including complete beginners.

Our sessions focus on the fundamentals of Tai Chi that help build balance, calm breathing, and smooth body awareness. The goal is not perfection or performance, but steady practice and enjoying the movement together.

This session will include:

• Tai Chi Walking — slow, mindful stepping to develop balance and coordination• Basic Tai Chi Form Practice — simple movements from traditional Tai Chi forms• Draw Down the Heavens — a classic qigong breathing and stretching exercise• Balance Drills — gentle exercises to improve stability and body control• Relaxed Group Practice — time to move, breathe, and learn at an easy pace

No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move easily in.

Whether you’re brand new to Tai Chi or have practiced before, this group is simply a place to move slowly, breathe deeply, and practice together.
