Monterey Dance Friends is a group for anyone who loves to dance! Whether you're a beginner or have been dancing for years, this is the perfect place to connect with others who share your passion for movement and music. From salsa to swing, ballroom to Zumba ® Fitness, we welcome all skill levels. Let's come together to learn new steps, stay fit, and most importantly, have fun. Join us for dance lessons, dance fitness classes, and social dance parties at the beautiful and spacious N Space Studio in Pacific Grove. Let's move and groove together as Monterey Dance Friends!

Join us for the very first Shake It Señora Zumba class and kick off your Saturday morning with joy, sweat, and soul-lifting music.
Step into N Space's gorgeous studio flooded with soft light, complete with flooring made for healthy joints, full mirrored walls, and an amazing sound system that brings every beat to life. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to move — and you’ll be surrounded by good vibes from start to finish.
Led by Tracy, our 50 min Zumba session blends Latin rhythms (think salsa, reggaetón, merengue) with feel-good movement and an energetic playlist that will have you smiling even during squats.
No dance experience required.
We celebrate mistakes — they’re just unexpected solos! Come as you are and dance your way into the day.***
