Hey there and welcome to Laughter Yoga and Positivity meet up group
Please bring
- Beach blankets & yoga mat. You can bring both or just one. Make sure your comfort to lay down or sit on it in the sand.
- Water/ hydration drink no alcohol please
- A blanket to cover yourself for meditation
- An open heart and mind
- A heartfelt suggested donation of 10.00 per person is welcomed, thank you 🙏🌈
Expect to laugh, practice deep breathing, and meditate together.
