Full Moon Rising & Sunset Gathering

Join us Tuesday night (July 28) to enjoy a 8:15 PM sunset and a full moon rising at about 8:20 PM. We will have an amazing view of the sunset as well as the rising moon to the east above the Point Pinos Lighthouse.
Let's meet up at 7:45 PM at the wood gazebo/pagoda along the Asilomar Coast Trail. After the 8:15 sunset at the gazebo, we'll walk north around 8:20 along the dirt path to see the best angle of the moon rising above the lighthouse. It's about 5 minute walk, and we will be in a better location to catch the full moon rise above the lighthouse.
Use this address to find the right location: 1620 Sunset Dr., Pacific Grove. We will be directly across the street from that house, under the wood pagoda/gazebo. You can park on Jewell Ave. or Lighthouse Ave.
We may go to the Monarch Pub or Hops and Fog brewery in PG after the sunset.
Come out to enjoy the sunset and meet other sunset appreciators. Bring a beverage and snacks if you want, and enjoy the sunset with other sunset admirers.
