Pizza al Fuego

Details
Pizza isn’t just food—it’s a tradition shared across centuries and continents. From ancient flatbreads cooked on stones to the open fires of Naples, pizza has always been about bringing people together around heat, dough, and imagination.
On June 28, we’ll carry on that tradition with a hands-on, fire-fed pizza night using my newly acquired woodfired pizza oven. I’ll be rolling out dough, lighting the flames, and offering sauce and some classic ingredients—but the real fun is in what you bring to the table.
Whether you’re dreaming up a smoky prosciutto & arugula, a veggie-packed garden pie, a bold BBQ chicken creation, or even a dessert pizza, the oven is open for your personal masterpiece.
My favorite? A classic Margherita. But I want to try whatever you think belongs on the perfect pie.
Expect flour on your sleeves, a little firelight in the air, and the kind of good company that makes everything taste better.
RSVP required.
Bring: A topping or two to share,a perhaps a bottle of vino and a pizza idea you’re excited to make.
I’ll provide the dough, sauce, fire, and the music. Will there be dancing? Is the Pope Americano?
