Agenda
3:00 PM: Intros & Welcome
Welcome to our event! Come say hello to other members across our country while our MCs handle all the trimmings and fixings from our setup and get things kicked off with as few hitches as possible.
3:10 PM: Enhancing Content Formatting: Insights from a UX Designer on Addressing Market Needs
The presentation will focus on a new product addition, Smart Designer, which is a feature integrated into the Content Formatting Macros for Confluence (Cloud) app. We will start by discussing the content formatting needs among Confluence users, supported by research findings and examples. Following this, we will introduce Smart Designer as our response to these market needs. Essentially, this presentation will provide a UX designer's perspective on product development.
3:25 PM: How easy is Atlassian Forge?
How far can we get in 15 minutes with Atlassian Forge? Forge changes the way app developers need to approach building an app. Removing all the headaches, developers can focus on the value they want to deliver to the Atlassian marketplace.
3:40 PM: Keep Up with the Pace: Automating Agile Documentation with FastDoc
In Agile development, while your dev teams sprint ahead, documentation often lags—slowing down releases and causing misalignment across stakeholders. FastDoc is here to change that. By automating documentation directly within Jira, FastDoc enables product managers, project managers, and Agile teams to effortlessly generate detailed and consistent documents—whether it’s for help centers, release notes, or sales and marketing materials.
In this talk, we’ll show you how FastDoc keeps every team member and stakeholder aligned, while ensuring customers receive timely updates. See how FastDoc can help your documentation keep pace with your development, so you can focus on delivering faster and with more confidence."
3:55 PM: Group picture
