Theater space

**Whether you like it or not, every day we put on masks -
“the perfect employee,” “a good friend,” “an attractive woman,” and so on.

But behind all of that, there is something much deeper - the real you.

Only by connecting with your true self can you begin to understand who you are and build a genuine connection with yourself. You start to see what - and who - you truly want and love, and what you’re meant to do.

But before that, you have to take the mask off.

It’s a long process, but in this class, we’ll begin to touch it - and experience a sense of relief afterward.**

This class - and my classes in general - are not about being cute or nice.
They are about facing uncomfortable truth and tension, and growing through it.

“The truth sets you free.”

Only by becoming aware of our gaps, weaknesses, and pain we can actually change them.

So we will be meeting tension, fear, and pain — in order to release it,
and later on to transform it, to change it, and to change ourselves.

But this is not the work of a single class. It’s a long process.

But of course we will have fun as well 😜

What to expect:

A cozy and authentic atmosphere where everyone is free to be who they want to be. Where everyone is open to new ideas and techniques (with elements of psychology and drama therapy).

Tactile exercises and small experiments may be included as well.

What not to expect:

An academic acting class with very strict rules or a rigid lesson plan.

Who should come:

Those who are looking for a warm and open community — a place where people accept and support each other.
A space to grow and transform through meeting your own pain and vulnerability, without the fear of being judged.

My master in Ukrainian theatre always said:
“If you feel the impulse to come — never ignore it.
It means there’s something very important waiting for you there.
It means your soul wants to be there.”

About me:
I came from Ukraine 2,5 years ago and I have Ukrainian acting education and experience in 2 different Ukrainian theaters, so my exercises are mostly taken from there.
