We are creating our own “world” where our goal is to make a free and creative environment for everyone who wants to became more open and free from their own fears, insecurities, barriers.
We are doing exercises taken from acting and improvisation. You don’t need to be an actor to join us. You don’t need to have an experience as well. Everything you need is desire to become more free and open person after our class than you were before.
This time we want to add some spiritual practices during acting workshop.
We will do this class in the Ukrainian theater. So don’t be afraid of “Montreal Ukrainian National Federation” address name 😁

About me:
I came from Ukraine 1,5 years ago and I have Ukrainian acting education and experience in 2 different Ukrainian theaters, so my exercises are mostly taken from there.
