In this class we will do many exercises with our eyes closed (please bring a scarf or an eye mask).
This will help us think less and feel more. It will allow us to connect with each other on a deeper, sensory level and feel freedom from judgment (because no one will see you!). So prepare your heart and intuition, and leave your mind and logic at home - we won’t need them 😜

This class is perfect both for those who want to try my classes for the first time and for those who regularly attend.

What to expect:
A cozy and authentic atmosphere where everyone is free to be who they want to be. Where everyone is open to new ideas and techniques (with elements of psychology and drama therapy).
Tactile exercises and small experiments may be included as well.
What not to expect:
An academic acting class with very strict rules or a rigid lesson plan.
