Synchronizing Your Energy to The Mystical
In this meditation, you will begin by attuning to the energy of your heart, followed by one song to pull the mind out of the body. Dr Joe will then ask you to use your awareness to tune into the frequency of the mystical that exists in the quantum field, producing the emotions of awe, wonder, and surprise.

Coherence Healing
As a group of people coming together with the intention of healing another, we will get beyond ourselves, connecting to the quantum field, opening our hearts, and demonstrating brain and heart coherence – helping heal one another.
