Sound, Silence & Consciousness — A Yoga Evening
Details
We live in a city of thinkers, artists, makers, and builders: people who push hard and rarely pause.
This is a purposeful pause.
But it’s more than a pause. In two hours, you will leave with something tangible. Yet immaterial. A shift.
Join a small, intentional gathering of 10 people for an evening designed to cultivate inner peace through stillness, inner strength through awareness, wisdom through philosophical inquiry, and genuine human connection through shared practice.
We move together from sound to silence to conversation. Kirtan (sound meditation) settles the nervous system and opens the heart.
Collective silent meditation builds the kind of clarity that no productivity hack ever will.
And our philosophical discussion on the Consciousness Cycle (Brahmacakra) — an ancient framework for understanding how awareness and energy move, create, and returns to itself — gives you a map for the terrain you already live in.
Then we sit together over tea and fresh fruits.
No phones required. No performance. Just people being present with themselves with each other.
If you’ve ever asked why does the mind work the way it does, what is awareness, or what lies beneath thought, how to find peace, balance and inner strength, you belong here.
The evening flows like this:
