What to expect at this gathering:

• At 9:00am, we will meet in the parking lot at the bommer canyon trailhead (view the map in the location description for the exact location).
• After everyone arrives, I'll guide you through a few sets of sun salutations
• At 9:30, we'll set off on the Nature Trail

• Sturdy hiking shoes and proper attire
