Community Values to remember:

• Arrive quietly and calmly as we want to promote ease and peace during these gatherings.
• Photography of others at these hikes is not allowed. A group photo can be offered to be taken at the end, but unless you are taking pictures of the wildlife, please keep your fellow moon drops out of your photos.
• When we are sharing in a circle, there should be no whispering or talking off to the side. We are here to give our fellow moon drops our full and undivided attention.
• As always, be kind and respectful towards your fellow moon drops. We are all here to connect with nature and one another, and to support each other, not to judge 🫶🏻

What to expect for this hike:

• At 4:00pm we'll meet at Turtle Rock Trail entrance.
• Once everyone has arrived, I will guide you all through some yoga poses and breathing exercises to prepare your body and heart for the trek!
• We will then begin our hike. We stick together as a group. I will be in the back to make sure no one is falling behind.
• Sun sets around 4:44pm we'll take a group photo around this time
• Hot tea will be offered
• We will then make our way back to the entrance

• Sturdy hiking shoes
