Free Sunrise Meetup | Moraira BeachReconnect with Natureโs Healing Rhythms

Join us at Moraira Beach to greet the sunrise

We start by singing What a Wonderful World (no great singing voice required โ song sheets provided). It's all about sharing fun, healing, and love for you, for others, and for Mother Nature!When: First Sunday of each month.
Time: Starting approximately 15 minutes after sunrise (times vary slightly each month).
Where: Moraira Beach.

An informal, relaxed group for people genuinely interested in improving their health and overall wellbeing.
We explore evidence-informed lifestyle and wellbeing approaches for:

๐น Hormonal balance
๐น Cognitive health
๐น Fertility
๐น Long-term vitality
๐น Chronic health challenges
Including conditions such as diabetes, thyroid imbalance, neurodegenerative conditions (including Parkinsonโs and dementia), and other long-term health concerns.
The group is led by myself (Tanya), a counsellor with a strong background in and extensive study of evidence-informed metabolic health, brain health, hormonal health, and lifestyle-based wellbeing approaches.
