The Official Definition of Strange: different from what is usual ordinary, or expected...

Tyler Robb co-owner, has said about the name of the restaurant, “...wanted to separate—visually—the idea.” That would be the separation of “strange” and “bird.” He says he often gets asked if Strange-bird is a fried chicken concept. “I wanted them to be separate and a little bit more cohesive in the idea that it was not a chicken thing.”
