Postponed to the 31st. Heirloom Tomato pie time!

Every year in the back-half of summer, Double Mountain offers an heirloom tomato pie for a month of so. They make a lightly dressed pesto pie and then add sliced heirloom tomatoes and pecorino out of the oven. It's good enough that some of us hit it a couple times before it's gone for another year. It's one of our favorite seasonal offerings right up there with Lovely's Nettle pie in the spring for Leigh and Flying Pie's everything pie on Tuesdays ,when the canned olives are delivered, for Gabe ;)

Y'all are welcome to order a small pie or two to compliment but we'll mostly be sharing some Heirlooms and splitting the bill for those.
