The thirteenth of November
Details
The Life of Pie will be busy on Friday. I will get an rsvp headcount, and reservations will be made.
Life of pie does bake their 11-inch pies inside a custom, handmade Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven imported directly from Naples, Italy.
The 6,900-pound brick oven is constructed with materials that incorporate volcanic ash from Mount Vesuvius.
The Life of Pie is wood-fired pizza.
Their crust, or cornicione (pronounced cor-nee-CHO-nay**), refers specifically to the raised, puffy outer edge or rim of a pizza crust | is slightly cooler than a traditional scorching-hot Neapolitan oven and yields a thin, crisp crust with a chew and light char.**
~ One of the best things about The Life of Pie is their happy hour. Their happy hour runs every day, from 11 to 6
...It includes a $10 margarita pizza. The event starts at 5:30,
I am going to show up before so that I can catch that deal.
....I bet that no one will join me
*** NOTE that because of Thanksgiving ... Christmas.... and then New Year's, this might be the last meet-up until 2027 unless.... We will all talk on Friday the 13th.
