Dinner at SOT (FULL)

• VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE FULLY READ THE PROCESS TO ATTEND. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT THIS MEANS, CONTACT HOST ASAP!

PROCESS FOR ATTENDING:
STEP 1:
Put yourself on the wait list. This does not mean you are confirmed to go. Nor does it mean the event is full.
It means, you are going to e-transfer the host a deposit, to show your commitment to attend the event.
STEP 2:
E-Transfer a $5 deposit for yourself and for each guest.
IN THE MEMO SECTION, WRITE FOR DINNER AT SOT

STEP 3:
Send MESSAGE through meetup or at the above email, AFTER you send the e-transfer.
STEP 4:
Once your deposit is received, you will be taken off the wait list and put on the going list.
STEP 5A:
When you attend the event, you will receive your deposit back, in cash.
STEP 5B:
If you cancel BEFORE 6:00 pm on June 27, 2025 you will get your deposit back.
STEP 5C:
If you cancel after 6:00pm on June 27, 2025 your deposit goes towards the cost of Meetup Site Subscription.
STEP 5D:
If you do not show up at the event, your deposit goes towards the cost of Meetup Site Subscription.
