A guided workshop for women who want to build a kinder relationship with themselves.

What if you spoke to yourself the way you speak to someone you love?

For many of us, our inner voice has become our harshest critic.

We notice our flaws before our strengths. We focus on the things we wish we could change, while overlooking the qualities, experiences, and moments that make us who we are.

This workshop is an invitation to pause that conversation.

Through guided reflective writing prompts, you’ll write a heartfelt love letter to yourself. Not just to your body, but to the whole person you are.

Your personality.

Your journey.

Your resilience.

Everything that makes you, you.

You don’t need to be a great writer or know exactly what to say. All you need is a willingness to practice offering yourself the same kindness and compassion you so freely give to others.

During this workshop, you’ll be guided through prompts to:

  • Reflect on the strengths, qualities, and experiences that make you who you are.
  • Appreciate your body for everything it has carried you through and allowed you to experience.
  • Recognize your growth, even in ways you may not always notice.
  • Practice shifting from self-criticism toward self-compassion.
  • Create a personal letter you can return to whenever you need a reminder to treat yourself with kindness.

There will also be time at the end for anyone who would like to share part of their letter or reflect on the experience. Sharing is completely optional.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to build a kinder relationship with your body.
  • You want to feel more confident without needing to change who you are first.
  • You want to practice seeing yourself with more compassion and appreciation.
  • You’re interested in self-reflection, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

What to bring

A willingness to explore.

A notebook and pen are strongly recommended. There is something special about putting pen to paper — it can create space to slow down, reflect, and connect more deeply with your thoughts.

However, you’re welcome to write on your laptop or phone if that feels more comfortable. 😊

A note before joining

To create a safe and connected experience for everyone, I kindly ask that participants join with their camera on and be present for the duration of the workshop.

Please join from a quiet space, with a stable internet connection so you can fully participate in reflecting, writing, and sharing.

Warmly,
Annabelle
