That's why this weekly gathering focuses on something much simpler.
Instead of trying to change everything at once, we'll explore how small, practical habits and gentle movement can gradually become part of everyday life.Each week, we'll combine beginner-friendly yoga, practical habit-building ideas inspired by books Catherine has been reading, such as Atomic Habits, and meaningful conversations with other women taking small steps towards healthier living.

Each session includes:- Beginner-friendly yoga suitable for individuals at different fitness levels
- Practical ideas for building small daily wellness habits based on Catherine's own experiences and ongoing learning
