When was the last time you set aside time just for yourself?
Many women spend years focusing on work, family and responsibilities while placing their own needs last.
This first session invites you to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment.
During this session, we will:
- Enjoy gentle yoga-inspired movement
- Explore the importance of making time for yourself
- Reflect on what wellbeing means to you
- Meet other women attending the series
- Set a personal intention for the weeks ahead
No yoga experience is required. Come as you are.
This session is about creating space for yourself and taking the first step.

This session provides an opportunity to meet the group, connect with others and begin the series together.
