Morning Calm Garden

Hello beautiful souls on meetup :]

Since September I have been running this regular guided meditation "Morning Calm Garden" to help you start your Monday morning right! 🌞🤸‍♀️🌸

This is wonderful opportunity to tune to the peace and wisdom within, to relax and receive clarity, and meet some like-minded fellas in our beautiful community! 😊🌞🤸‍♀️😎

We will start with breath work and I will be playing Alchemy Crystal Singing bowl to help us to relax into sweet sound and even more stillness.

Please bring your yoga mat and blanket and / or even a pillow if you wish to lie down. To ensure you are comfortable during meditation is really important to us. ❤️ We recommend bottle of water and comfortable clothes too.

This meditation is for everyone and beginners are most welcome to join us and will be guided through with ease.

Please arrive 10 min before so we can start at exact time.
