Morning Movement Berlin is a community for early risers who want to move, breathe, and feel stronger outdoors.
I’m Necmettin, a performance coach with over 7 years of experience in strength training, athletic development, and functional mobility.
Through outdoor morning sessions, I help people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate resilience, and develop sustainable movement habits — in the most beautiful parks of Berlin.
🟡 Mondays – Tempelhofer Feld
🟡 Wednesdays – Treptower Park
🟡 Fridays – Hasenheide and MORE
🕖 07:00–08:00 & 08:00–09:00
💪 Sessions include:
– Full body strength
– Functional mobility
– Natural conditioning (sprints, crawls, bodyweight flow)
💶 Minimum contribution: 5 -15€ per session.
