Science shows that a consistent morning walk is one of the most powerful daily habits for extending healthy lifespan and sharpening both body and mind.
Its not easy the introduce a new habit and this group does exactly the same.

Make morning walk a habit, if one can't or it's hard to be consistent, support or encourage each other
while you are hoping to meet?
