Agenda:

6:30: We will have introductions to connect and learn about each other's writing aspirations and interests. During this time, it is encouraged that you brew coffee and steep tea in preparation for the afternoon exchange!

7:00: Writers begin sharing their work. You must submit a document of your written work. As the writer, you have the option of either reading your work out loud or having everyone read it silently.

The framework for this process is summated as follows:

15 minute read time
1 minute critique from each participant
5 minute exchange between all members, including presenting writer.

Once everyone has shared, the professional aspect of the meeting will be over.

We will keep the meeting open till 9:30 pm in case you would like to confirm any points that weren't fully addressed. Also, if you'd like to continue socializing, it is encouraged to continue conversation!
