Stroll, socialize, and/or photograph some sublime SUNFLOWERS in the Mckee- Beshers wildlife management area (WMA) in Poolesville. Multiple fields of flowers are planted annually in this bucolic setting. Visitation to the Sunflower field(s) of our interest requires a flat walk totaling ~.75miles in ankle- high grass. Consider donning yellow or floral clothing for this event. Drive down Sycamore Landing Rd. off River Rd. for ~.3miles, then turn RIGHT onto the meet spot car lot (see uploaded photo) to find the Meetup.
