For mothers who want to raise happy, healthy, thriving children while navigating their own journey with anxiety, depression and/or past trauma.

You’re not alone.  This group brings together mothers who understand that healing ourselves and raising resilient, thriving children can happen at the same time.  Together we create a safe space where you can be honest about your struggles while learning practical tools to break cycles and build the family you want.

Whether you’re dealing anxiety that makes school conferences overwhelming or battling with teens, triggering your own trauma that makes you second-guess every parenting decision - you belong here.  We share strategies you can adapt to your family, celebrate small victories, and remind each other that being a “good enough” mom while working to heal yourself is actually extraordinary.
