we don't think women need more advice. we think they need more space, more sisterhood, and more fun.
mother/maker is a community for creative women in málaga, mothers, mums-to-be, and women moving through any season of becoming. we host small, in-person gatherings built around connection and creativity: crafting circles, park aperitivos, women's nights out, salons, moon circles, and all sorts of events and meet-ups that are meant to nourish your creative divine feminine spirit - where you can just be in a room with women who get it.
this is a village, built by us, for us. slow, joyful, low-pressure spaces to create, laugh, and connect with other women in the same season of life.
babies and young children are welcome at most of our daytime events. our adults-only nights are for the woman within who exists outside of motherhood too, and she deserves a good night out.
we're building toward a permanent child-friendly creative space in málaga. until then, we're growing this village one gathering, one glass of wine, one shared laugh at a time.

A fresh pasta workshop for fun, creative women. Mother/Maker presents Golden Hour x Creative Sundays: two hours learning the trade tricks for fresh pasta, authentic sauces and decadent tiramisu, then one hour at the table enjoying everything we made, all drinks included.
Level up your Italian cooking skills, relax and connect with other women in a season of becoming. No experience needed, just appetite.
What we’ll do
- Make the base dough from scratch
- Learn to color our dough
- Shape different types of pasta
- Prepare fillings
- Make sauces to go with our pastas
- Finish with tiramisu for dessert
How the afternoon works
- First 2 hours: we cook, learn and shape our pastas
- Last hour: we sit at the table and share everything we made, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere

- A take-home apron
- An ebook with the recipes, so you can repeat them at home
Who it’s for
Women, adults only, mums or not. Creative women, women new to Málaga, and women in a season of becoming.
Price and booking
- Early bird €65 until Sunday 8 November at 23:59, then €75. Spots are limited
- An RSVP on Meetup doesn’t hold a seat. To reserve, message us MASA on Instagram or WhatsApp and we’ll send payment details. Your seat is confirmed once paid in full
- Your seat is transferable to a friend any time
- Full refund if you cancel before Sunday 8 November. After that it’s non-refundable, but you can send a friend in your place
- We need enough women to run the night. If it’s cancelled, you get your money back

Un taller de pastas artesanales para mujeres divertidas y creativas. Mother/Maker presenta Golden Hour x Creative Sundays: dos horas aprendiendo los trucos del oficio para hacer pasta fresca, salsas auténticas y un tiramisú espectacular, y una hora a la mesa disfrutando de todo lo que hemos preparado, con todas las bebidas incluidas.
Sube de nivel tu cocina italiana, relájate y conecta con otras mujeres en una etapa de transformación. No hace falta experiencia, solo ganas de comer.
Qué haremos
- Prepararemos la masa base desde cero
- Aprenderemos a dar color a las masas
- Daremos forma a distintos tipos de pasta
- Prepararemos diferentes rellenos
- Haremos salsas para acompañar nuestras pastas
- Terminaremos con tiramisú de postre
Cómo será la tarde
- Primeras 2 horas: cocinamos, aprendemos y damos forma a nuestras pastas
- Última hora: nos sentamos a la mesa a compartir todo lo preparado, en un ambiente relajado y divertido

Para quién es
Mujeres, solo adultas, madres o no. Mujeres creativas, mujeres nuevas en Málaga y mujeres en una etapa de transformación.
Precio y reservas
- Precio de lanzamiento 65 € hasta el domingo 8 de noviembre a las 23:59, después 75 €. Plazas limitadas
- Apuntarse en Meetup no reserva plaza. Para reservar, escríbenos MASA por Instagram o WhatsApp y te enviamos los datos de pago. Tu plaza queda confirmada al recibir el pago completo
- Tu plaza es transferible a una amiga cuando quieras
- Reembolso completo si cancelas antes del domingo 8 de noviembre. Después no es reembolsable, pero puedes enviar a una amiga en tu lugar
- Necesitamos suficientes mujeres para celebrar la noche. Si se cancela, te devolvemos el dinero

Come for a coffee. This is a small, seated morning for women who want to meet properly and leave with real connection, not just a wave across the room.
Who this is for
- Women who are new to Málaga and looking for friends
- Mothers of babies and little ones, who are very welcome to bring them
- Women in matrescence, the big identity shift of becoming a mother
- Women who are wondering whether motherhood is for them, and women who aren't mothers yet or may never be
- Creative women, makers, artists and writers who want to feel like themselves again and find creative comrades
What happens
We'll sit together at a few tables, with a simple question to start each conversation. We'll swap local tips, like favourite parks, doctors and baby classes. You'll leave knowing at least two new people. There's no agenda, no performance and no pressure to share more than you want to.Good to know
- Babies and little ones are welcome, and so is coming without any
- Free to attend, and you just buy your own coffee
- Limited to 6 women, so everyone gets to talk

Eres nueva en Málaga, nueva en la maternidad o estás en algún punto intermedio?
Ven a tomar un café. Es una mañana pequeña y tranquila, sentadas juntas, para mujeres que quieren conocerse de verdad y llevarse una conexión real, no solo un saludo de lejos.
Para quién es
- Mujeres que acaban de llegar a Málaga y buscan amistades
- Madres de bebés y peques, que son muy bienvenidos
- Mujeres en matrescencia, ese gran cambio de identidad al convertirse en madre
- Mujeres que se preguntan si la maternidad es para ellas, y mujeres que aún no son madres o quizá nunca lo sean
- Mujeres creativas, artistas, escritoras y makers que quieren volver a sentirse ellas mismas
Qué pasa
Nos sentaremos en pequeñas mesas, con una pregunta sencilla para empezar cada conversación. Intercambiaremos recomendaciones locales, como parques favoritos, pediatras y clases para bebés. Te irás conociendo al menos a dos personas nuevas. No hay programa, no hay que rendir nada y no hay presión para compartir más de lo que quieras.Es bueno saber
- Los bebés y los peques son bienvenidos, y venir sin ellos también
- Entrada gratuita, solo pagas tu propio café

A down-to-earth afternoon break for creative women and mothers to end the week.The TLR Fiesta Space will transform into a cozy tea lounge x atelier where you can connect with other women, and your children are welcome to get creative with you. Come with or without them!
What to expect
- A scribble station with big paper on the floor, crayons, markers and stickers, open to all ages (best for little ones 0 to 5)
- Cozy tea lounge seating on floor pillows, arranged in a circle
- Premium loose-leaf tea, coffee and snacks, served in unbreakable cups
- A short grounding or intention-setting meditation to open the circle
- Bring your craft (knitting, sewing, journaling) or just come and scribble
