Welcome to Mother's Nature Collective, a nurturing community for outdoor lovers who are new or expectant mothers. Join us for guided meditations amidst the beauty of nature, to tune your bodies with the offerings from the earth. Becoming a mother is a sacred and spiritual journey in a woman's life introducing you to the creative power of the universe that lives inside of you. By spending intentional time in nature you are holding space for yourself, allowing for rest and recovery and connection. During our sessions we offer supportive women's circle, breathwork, a gentle Yoga practices to cultivate mind-body balance, and forest bathing, also known as Shirin-Yoku.
Explore the wonders of nature while warding off postpartum depression, reducing anxiety, fatigue and postnatal depletion. Learn about plants, animals, and the healing power of trees. Have time to just be and connect with like-minded moms, while immersing yourself and your baby in relationship with the world around you.
