What we’re about

This group is meant for all riders and future riders. Our meetups are to share knowledge and resources with one another in order to be able to maintain and repair our motorcycles. I Have been riding myself for 10 years and I wish I had someone to tell me everything I needed to know before buying my first motorcycle. I still don't know everything but have definitely picked up a few things here and there.

What we will do is talk about issues with our bikes and make those needed maintenance/repairs as a group or by ourselves. I will offer many tools for your needs and if anyone would like to share tools you are welcome to bring them.

As I said, we will be making sure we maintain our bikes so we will go thru the basics like:

oil change

bleeding brakes

checking coolant

changing filters

lubricating cables

clutch

lights

tire pressure and thread

brakes

chain wear and lubrication

battery

milage and parts you should be looking to replace

fuel lines and hoses

cleanliness

As you can see there are various things to keep track of and maintain in order to prevent damages down the line and potential headaches and extra expenses.

Good note: either download a free version of your service repair manual guidebook or buy one. Not all bikes are the same, bring your book with you or PDF on your phone just in case.

I invite you to come to wrench with me and others. Don't forget to bring lots of questions for the group and myself to answer.

Remember this group is to provide each other help on our motorcycles with tools, advice, an extra pair of hands, etc.

I have created a google calendar in order for you to share the times and days you plan to work on your motorcycle. This will help unite those wanting to help or needing help.

In order to have access to this Calendar, you must attend at least 1 of our meetings.

Also, please don't be shy, there is a discussion board where everyone can share questions. If I or anyone can help, please respond with your helpful answers.
