Mcnear's Moto ride + Movement

Let's ride! And do Yoga :)

Meet at Cafe Aroma (10A) in downtown San Rafael for a 'get to know each other' over coffee then head out to Mcnear's beach on the bikes (by 10:45A)

It's a short ride; but sweet

Can you strap a yoga mat to the back of your bike? If so, let's do some yoga/movement at the park at Mcnear's beach (11-12:30P)

I've got a video we can watch/listen to that'll lead us in Asana/yoga poses
