A.T. Work Event in PA - Carrying Lumber

MCM is in the process of modernizing the privy at our Darlington shelter on the Appalachian Trail near Enola, PA. We need to carry several dozen pieces of lumber (4x4s, 2x6s, 2x4s) about one mile along the Tuscarora Trail, from a hunters parking area to the shelter. We are seeking several more volunteers to help with the work. We will need to make multiple trips.
We will meet on Deans Gap Road, at a small dirt pull-off parking area about 100 yards north of the Mountain Road intersection. For driving directions, a nearby street address is 407 Mountain Road, Marysville, PA 17053.After we gather, we will drive up to the top of the mountain on Deans Gap Road to our starting point.
