Hike around Belmont

This 7.5 mile hike leaves from the Rockburn Branch Park Recreation Center, crosses Landing Road and continues on, initially following the Morning Choice Trail. There will be about 700 feet of elevation gain, the pace is planned for 2.5 mph. There are two stream crossings where poles will be helpful. We will find a spot to eat lunch on the trail.

The start time is 9:30, park at 5400 Landing Road in Elkridge. Don’t let your GPS take you to the entrance on Montgomery Road, go to Landing Road. Parking area GPS: 39.221111, -76.759184
