Can't make the hike, just meet up for the sunset and some mingling at the Cliff Hanger Cafe at the Torrey Pines Glider Point (2800 Torrey Pines Scenic Dr, La Jolla, CA 92037) They stop serving food at 5pm so bring snacks if you will be needing a post-hike snack!
