Welcome to the Mountain Home Adventure & Awareness Meetup Group! We are so fortunate to live in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Let's make the best of it. It's time to get out and enjoy all the natural beauty and opportunities for exploration that the area has to offer.
Adventures: We will do a wide range of activities including hiking, kayaking, frisbee golf, country western dancing, stargazing, etc. We may even go fishing.
Awareness: In the interest of spiritual growth and awareness, we will practice yoga, tai chi, various types of meditations, etc.
