Monday evening Rancho Run (previously Bay Trail)

Monday evening run at Rancho San Antonio Park (previously the group ran on the Bay Trail). We run every Monday at 5:30 pm.

We meet at parking lot 6 (the last parking lot as you drive into the park), and specifically, we meet by the lost & found board outside the bathroom: https://maps.app.goo.gl/sopKA8CbVfTYrK5v7

We adjust the pace and routes based on the experience of the group. Usually, we aim to run 45-60 minutes, regrouping along the way.

After the run, we usually go to dinner somewhere nearby, for anyone interested.
