West Valley Track Club Christmas Relays 2025

Anyone joining the meetup after 12/8: Just a heads up that you're welcome to hang out with us, but we may not have slots for you at the race.

Let's race and celebrate the holidays! Each runner in teams of four will run the 4.5 miles around the lake. We'll see who signs up by Dec 10, then form teams, enter, etc. Come on out ... it's a really fun event, the more, the merrier!

Please pay the sign-up fee of $35 in advance to confirm your spot. Please contact the host (Stephan) or any of the co-organizers for payment details. Venmo is preferred, but you can also pay via PayPal or good old cash.

On race day, we'll arrange a picnic brunch in the parking lot and enjoy watching some really fast runners in funny costumes!

Where: Lake Merced in San Francisco
Start/Finish and all exchange points occur at the Sunset Circle parking lot at Lake Merced. (Cross streets: Sunset Blvd and Lake Merced Blvd.)
Parking: The Sunset Circle lot will be closed to parking. Street parking is plentiful on and near Sunset Blvd, but please give yourselves time to walk to the start.
