🔥It will be like a moving meditation.

🧘‍♀️ We will flow through different yoga postures while using the voice to sing bija mantras (1-syllable sounds in Vedic tradition) to release tension in the body as a whole, soothe the nervous system and create balance between the different areas of the body.

No previous experience in music or singing is required.

You will leave feeling more relaxed, free and connected. 🪄
