Spring Resonance: Yoga & live music & flower mandala workshop

Imagine live music, fluid grounding movement, candles and blossoms... This evening is going to be a great way to align our souls with the flourishing spring, culminating in the collective creation of flower mandala.

The yoga flow will be accompanied by the beautiful and rare sound of live viola de gamba (similar to cello), while the room will be cozy and decorated with fresh flowers and candles. It’s a great chance to have some “me” time and completely reset your body and your mind becoming a part of a like-minded community as well as to have a very unique experience. ✨🧘‍♀️
