Mountain Walking/Hiking Group

Hello Hikers
Hope you've all had a lovely summer. Now it's time to get back to some hiking. We hope you can join us for another lovely walk!

A moderate 13 km route with a couple of tricky parts!
Distance – 13 km.
Elevation – 500 m
Estimated duration – About 5.5 hours (4 hours walking time plus two short breaks)

Bring – Water, snacks for our breaks. We'll also stay for a picnic after the route when we get back to the cars. You're welcome to join us. (there is a bar here but it might be closed)
Appropriate clothing and footwear is essential. Generally the mountain paths are quite good but they can be uneven and rocky with some tricky parts to this route, so good walking shoes are recommended.

(Although it is just a moderate walk, it is still 13km and there will be about 500 meters elevation not an ideal route for anyone who isn't familiar with hiking or who is recovering from some sort of injury.)
