The Trift Bridge is one of the most spectacular pedestrian suspension bridges in the Alps. At 100m high and 170m long, it is poised above the region of the Trift Glacier, with spectacular views guaranteed for those with a head for heights.

## Flims – Chur Day Tour | Blue Level

Trail enjoyment with panoramic views of the Rhine Gorge
We travel together by post bus from Chur up to Flims. From there, our varied mountain bike day tour begins back toward Chur — featuring beautiful natural trails, flowing singletracks, and spectacular views into the Rhine Gorge.
The route combines panoramic paths, forest trails, and varied singletracks into a perfect day tour in Graubünden. Along the way, impressive views repeatedly open up over the Grisons mountain landscape and deep down into the Rhine Gorge — one of the major highlights of this tour.
The ride is mostly downhill back to Chur, combined with a few short climbs and diverse trail sections. The tour is suitable for both e-MTBs and classic mountain bikes.
There will also be plenty of time along the way for riding technique tips, photo stops, and a relaxed break.

## Requirements

🔵 Blue Level
You feel comfortable on easy singletracks and already have some experience with small roots, rocks, and minor technical sections. The tour includes flowing trails as well as a few slightly more challenging passages, but overall remains very manageable for trail beginners.
If you have already attended a Blue Level course with Trudy Bike, this tour is ideal for applying what you learned directly on the trail and gaining more experience on varied singletracks.

## Improve your technique and become the bike park master

Beginner Course
Our Beginner Bike Park Course is designed to introduce you to the exciting world of bike park riding. Safety is always our top priority, and the pace of the course is adapted to each rider’s ability.
You will also learn how to move safely and confidently in the bike park. Topics include riding position, braking, cornering, and jumping — everything you need to help you progress step by step to the next level.
Bumps & Jumps Course
The Jumps and Bumps Course starts where the beginner course ends. Safety remains the top priority as we help you progress with jumping and riding drops, pushing you beyond what you thought was possible.

09:00 AM – Meet and introductions at The Epic Shop – PRIVA Alpine Lodge

09:15 AM – Head to the bike park for the morning program working on breaking & cornering
12:00 PM – Lunch break
01:00 PM – Back to the park for techinical coaching and jumps
03:00 PM – End of mountain bike course

## At the three-day Twins Women’s Skills Camp 2026, participants will work on their riding technique in areas such as cornering, tight switchbacks, drops, jumps, and bike maintenance workshops. It’s the perfect opportunity to take your bike skills to the next level. From beginners to advanced riders, this camp is open to all female bikers.

Professional riding coaches Anita Gehrig and Caro Gehrig, together with their team of experienced coaches, will provide helpful tips and guidance throughout the camp.
In the evenings, we relax together with delicious food, cozy music, and a great atmosphere. This event has already led to many friendships both on and off the trail.

• 5:00 PM – Workshops: Kärcher Bike Care / First Aid on the Trail / Komoot Tour Planning

• 9:00 AM – Inspirational talk: “How do I break through mental barriers?”
• 9:30 AM – Trail riding with coaching (with lift access)

• 2:00 PM – Trail riding with coaching (with lift access)
• 4:00 PM – Individual farewell and departure

In Trin you will find peace and quiet and lots of inspiring nature. The village borders on a mountain forest and is surrounded by sunny plains that are prepared for cross-country skiing in winter. In addition to wonderful mountain panoramas, the fairytale-like Crestasee Lake, ice-cold glacier mills on Alp Mora and the world natural heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona, there is also the spectacular Swiss "Grand Canyon", the Rheinschlucht, to discover. The neighboring villages of Flims and Laax offer opportunities for wide-ranging activities involving hiking, biking, the turquoise blue Caumasee Lake, a rope park and 220 kilometres of slopes in winter! The youthhostel is part of the Bergwaldzentrum Mesaglina, in keeping with the philosophy of the Bergwaldprojekt (www.bergwaldprojekt.ch), only local mountain forest wood was used for the conversion of the house, and wood chips are used for heating.
